Phil Zajicek
With more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry and a passion for helping each client find the right loan for their needs, Phil is a dedicated loan originator who is committed to supporting home buyers and home owners on their mortgage journey. Phil has funded well over $250 million in lifetime loans. Phil has nurtured a love of reading, cooking, travel and has been an integral part of the Boulder community since 1999.
The focus and determination Phil cultivated throughout his career is an asset to his clients, as he is a solutions-driven loan expert for each home buyer. He knows that the home financing process can seem daunting, so he wants to ensure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
When not working on loans, Phil can be found spending time with his wife, two daughters and two dogs. Although he was a cyclist for years, he has recently gotten into trail running and enjoys learning the new best places to run in the area while listening to podcasts. As a longtime Boulder resident, Phil loves to share his knowledge about the local biking and running routes with his clients who ultimately become friends.
